The restaurant, which is the pride of Nuovo Giardino Hotel, is directly operated by its owners, who offer guests the possibility to taste the healthy and genuine products they grow in their own farm.
Bugli Farm was founded in the 60s by Anna and Primo, who shared the same rural origins and grew accustomed to the cultivation of vines, corn and wheat and to cattle breeding.
They started growing fruit and vegetables in a traditional way (through the only help of innovative greenhouses!!) with the utmost passion, and they subsequently bought big trucks to transport goods to Bologna’s fruit and vegetable market.
In the meantime, they also strove to operate their hotel in the best possible way, and finally decided to cease their farming activities in order to devote themselves to hotel management. They keep growing fruit and vegetables just in order to give guests the possibility to taste fresh and genuine products!!!
